The https://enjoysweettea.com website (“Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Sweet Tea Media, LLC (“Sweet Tea”). https://enjoysweettea.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (“Terms”). Your use of https://enjoysweettea.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.

The Sweet Tea website allows visitors to evaluate Sweet Tea prior to engaging them for services; purchase services or products from Sweet Tea or recommended vendors; and/or learn about online marketing and technology.

Your use of https://enjoysweettea.com is subject to Sweet Tea’s Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.
Electronic Communications
Visiting https://enjoysweettea.com or sending emails to Sweet Tea constitutes electronic communications. Your Account
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Sweet Tea is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Sweet Tea and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.
Children Under Thirteen
Sweet Tea does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use https://enjoysweettea.com only with permission of a parent or guardian.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Either party may terminate this Agreement upon giving written notice to the other party. Upon termination, Sweet Tea may retain deposit and Client shall pay Sweet Tea for any additional hours expended at the hourly rate of $150/hour.
If Client fails to respond or provide critical information (i.e. website content, revisions, etc.) to Sweet Tea for more than 30 days after contract signature, the project will be considered terminated and payment due in full, regardless of project status. Additional fees will apply to resume project.
If more than agreed upon number of revisions have been provided, no refund of deposit is possible. Upon approval of Final Artwork, no refunds will be given with the single following exception: Full refund will be provided in the event of a technically faulty final product if Sweet Tea is unable to correct the matter within 30 days of written notification of errors.
